You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts under the laws of Zambia. Sellers must be the lawful owners (or authorised agents) of the livestock or assets they list.
Sellers warrant that listing descriptions are accurate, that they hold all relevant permits, and that the listed animal complies with the Animal Health Act and applicable Department of Veterinary Services requirements.
A winning bid creates a binding obligation to pay within 48 hours. Failure to pay may result in suspension from bidding (see our default-and-appeals policy in your dashboard).
AgriBid charges sellers a platform commission and may add a buyer's premium to winning bids. Current rates are shown on each listing before bidding.
AgriBid is a marketplace and is not party to the sale contract between buyer and seller. To the maximum extent permitted by Zambian law, AgriBid is not liable for losses arising from disputes, animal health, transport, or non-performance by either party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zambian courts.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will require renewed acceptance at next login. The current version identifier is shown above.
